Thin slices of steak
1 large avocado sliced
1/4 bell peppers, use yellow and red
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 large tomato
1/2 large grill onions chopped
bag of mix greens
handful of arugula
fresh cilantro to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 fresh lime juice
to taste sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
In a hot skillet add olive oil and cook thin slices of steak.
Grill onions and garlic (do not burn the garlic)
On a plate arrange mix greens and arugula
Add cooked sliced steak (while it is still warm) add cooked onions, garlic, fresh sliced bell peppers, and tomato.
On top of the streak add the cilantro. Add the sliced avocado on the side.
Drizzle dressing mixture over the steak salad.
