Cinco de Mayo Guacamole dip made with avocados

 

A great tasting Guacamole that is spicy and chunky!
ingredients:
1 large lime juiced
1/2  white onion diced
2 -3 ripe avocados mashed
1  large roma tomato diced
2 cloves of fresh garlic diced
1 large jalapeno diced
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
fresh chopped cilantro to your liking
optional: a fresh diced mango can be added
Directions:
After chopping and dicing all ingredients set a side.
In a medium bowl add the mashed avocados, lime juice salt and cayenne pepper.  Blend in the dice jalapeno, diced onions, garlic and tomato.  Add  cilantro last. as a garish or chopped in the mixture.
Refrigerate before serving. Best if served an hour after making it. Serve with baked corn chips.
